    Hello,
hope you can give me some answers .o)

    - how are the LE certificates renewed? is it by IPSconfig cron (didnt find anything) or by some cystem cron ? how does the ISPC communicate with certbot?
    - is it possible to install certbot from backports as described here https://certbot.eff.org/all-instructions/#debian-8-jessie-apache , instead of perfect server instructions?
    - do i have to do ISPC update whet certbot is instaled after ISPC 3.1 instalaltion (creating certs is workign OK without update...) ?

I'm asking because there was bunch of errors about pythoin with my certbot instalaltion according perfect server, and i like to be sure when i tell clients they can make certs, those will be also renewed. (I have installed on buch of clean server isntalls with no problem, but on my multiserver system which is getting distro upgrades since Debian 6 it crashed)

btw: it seems that install via perfect server
    https://www.howtoforge.com/tutorial...ovecot-ispconfig-3-1/2/#-install-lets-encrypt
cannot be correctly uninstalled, i'm i right ?

Thank you in advance for some info
    R.H.

ispconfig cron takes care to renew the certs.

    yes

There is no update needed when ssl cert creation is working.
