Hey guys, I have a brand new Debian Squeeze server up. I have everything working except for email. Did you send an email to that accout before you tried to fetch emails? Maildir is created automatically when the first email arrives. Did you enable "Server requires authentication" in your email client? Which tutorial (URL) did you use to set up the system? Can you post your /etc/postfix/main.cf?

Do you have a dynamic IP? Most dynamic IPs are blacklisted, and there's nothing you can do about it (other than set up relaying: http://www.howtoforge.com/postfix_relaying_through_another_mailserver ).
When I relay messages to my ISP mx server, what creditentials do I use? And yes, I have a dynamic IP. Do I use the username and password from MY server, or....?
I guess you have an email account on your ISP's MX server? Use the username/password of that account.
