Take a look at the maillog file for the exact errors that you get when you restart the courier services.

hello, thanks a lot for your reply!, i am getting this:

auth-worker(18606): Error: mysql(localhost): Connect failed to database (*********): Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/run/mysqld/mysqld.sock' (2) - waiting for 1 seconds before retry

I remember the last time that happens to me, i think i resolve it with the next update, answering (yes) here:
Reconfigure Permissions in master database? (yes,no) [no]:

But this time i choose the default (no),

There is a way to launch this script again?

Yes. Download the ispcnfig tar.gz, unpack it and run the update.php script in the install folder (see release notes in our blog at ispconfig.org for the exact commands)
