Courier Shared Folders

Hi guys,

i'm trying to get courier to share folders (as it says it can do).

I've managed to so far get it to share folders, so i have a folder for me and a few others,
So in thunderbird it looks like

shared
+ Shared-Folders
- Grants
- bobs​

So i have 2 questions now....
1 - can i create subfolders thru thunderbird at the lower levels? ie....

shared
+ Shared-Folders
+ Grants
- NewSubFolder
- bobs​

2 - This is more a nicety, but can we get rid of the "shared-folders" ?? So that its just ...

shared
- Grants
- bobs​

I'd be very grateful to anyone that could help.
