I have created some cp users in Ispconfig 3.1.11 , i don't want to give them admin role. I am trying to login with these accounts, but they can't add anything. I receive the following message : Max. number of Clients The max. number of web domains for your account is reached If i put them in admin , they can do everything. Is there anyone can help me to solve this issue?
You can not create CP users that way. Delete all the CP users that you added manually to the CP users list, it's more than clearly stated in the list to not mess around there. If you want a CP user that can add clients, then add a reseller in ISPConfig, otherwise, add a client in ISPConfig. Both can be found in the client module.
