Creating a new webhosting account but no home directory created by ISPConfig.

Dear friends...

It's so weird. I've created a new client and a new website. The home-directory of this new website should be: "/srv/www/clients/client4/web17" (please see the first screenshot), but no directory named /srv/www/clients/client4/web17 there. And if I create the directory manually (by hand), we also can not do "chown -Rv web17:client4 /srv/www/clients/client4/web17". The error message will be "
chown: invalid user: ‘web17:client4’
".

Please tell me why. It it a bug of ISPConfig?

It's been by using my stupid solution: "reinstall ISPConfig". Sigh....
