    I bought a cheap certificate.
When I send the CSR to the site issuing the certificate it says:
"Challenge password in your CSR contains unsupported characters. Regenerate CSR using letters and digits only."
I copied the CSR from "SSL Request" field (ISPConfig3).
    How can I solve it?
    Thanks.

I tried creating a new free SSL certificate using the same CSR without any problem so asked for support to certificate seller who says that the CSR was created with a challenge pass-phrase and suggest to avoid that.
In "Web Domain > SSL" tab there is no such field.
Is there a way to tell ISPConfig3 not to use a challenge pass-phrase?
If not, can I create the CSR from scratch via ssh then manage it via ISPConfig3 interface?
    Thanks.

Not in the current version, the challenge password has been removed in 3.1.

    Yes.
