Hello, I've had my ispconfig server up since July with pretty much no problems. One customer however is unable to login to his interface (as described here). I checked out my `sys_user` table and there are only two entries - 'admin' and 'Customer1' which has a blank `passwort` field. I presume all my users from all my websites are supposed to be in here? It's only one customer that's giving me problems, so if someone can pass me along a schema, I'll manually insert the one customer who's requesting access. Thanks!!
Did you set a password in "ISP Manager > Client > Login Data" for this client? Also.. Make sure the clients is using the name that you have set in the "Username" part!
Ohhhh... okay then. Thank you very much! Next question - how do you move a website from one client to another? or is it possible?
