Customized wordpress plugin.

Hi I had a wordpress plugin ( https://bobcares.com/product/ispconfig-easy-account-creator/ ) customized from Bobcares ( https://bobcares.com/ ) and we are testing the plugin and every time we try to test it we get : SOAP Error: Could not connect to host . In the plugin settings there is :SOAP Location, SOAP URL , Remote user name ,and Remote password.From what bobcares says it works with my remote info in their lab just not on my server. Does anyone have any Idea why it's not working?

 

try to check if the given SOAP URL resolves on your server - either your firewall is blocking the connection or your nameserver doesn't resolve properly.
And in the rare case bobcares does IP check and block unlisted/unregistered sources and you have more than one IP on your server, make sure to use the proper outgoing IP.

 

How do I check my nameserver? Do i do that from ispconfig panel or domain register?

 

just login to your server and check if you can wget / ping the url / can access it from your server.
