Hi - I am thinking about moving some clients on to an ISPconfig system to give them more control, but I am wondering if there is a way to hide the tools from them for which they do not have permission (such as portscan), so that they would not even see the link available in tools? Thanks for any advice!
If you want to hide options in the tools menu, delete the corresponding sub directories under /home/admispconfig/ispconfig/tools/tools/
thanks & follow-ups Thank you for your reply, Till could you confirm my assumptions that after removing them: a) no one would have access to those tools any longer and b) i would need to repeat the process upon upgrade Knowing PHP/ MySQL going in, how possible would it be to create a custom view for users that only shows them very limited functions/ information? and is there any documentation or link to point me in the right direction?
