Cyrus instead of dovecot/curier ?

I would like to ask about the $SUBJECT.
Is there any way to use cyrus imap instead of dovecot/courier?

If you change the code.... I don't see any reason to use courier or cyrus.

For me:

• mailbox not only for downloading/wiping every 5 minutes, but hosting business class email services,
• shared email folders with acl,
• indexes (cache),
• better sieve support.
• EDIT: caldav, carddav, webdav, xapian, jmap support.... (installing basic groupware software just to have caldav/carddav support is not necessary)

As I read the manual, postfix email transport could help to transport emails to a 3rd party server. Anyway, integrated cyrus could be better choice.
I will check some things regarding to cyrus (authentication against ispconfig for imap(s) accessing).
