Sometimes my apache restarts on its own, but the serverMaxLimits does not reset properly and the MaxClientsLimits then resets to 10 for some reason (both are configured at 312). Are there any reasons i should not have a cron daily full shutdown and restart that does reconfigure properly the settings? Is this not recommended? I have a VPS and i think the 1gig memory is just maxed out at times with lingering stuff.....
