    Dear,
on the latest ispconfig, with debian 7.8 so, we are experiencing a strange problem. Is related to apache, and his ispconfig.
Basically on the virtualhost we have:

    ServerName domainname.com
    ServerAlias www.domainname.com

And on the ispconfig interface, we have "Auto-Subdomain: www." setup.
But, for some reason, the website is visible with www (eg. www.domainname.com), but is not visibile without www (eg domainname.com).
We have saw that if we try to browse them without www (eg. domainname.com), apache serve the default virtual host.

I have never seen anything like that. Some of you has some ideas of what happen there?
    Thank you.

Check that the hostname of the server is not domainname.com and that domainname.com really points to the right IP, maybe you see an apache default page of a different server.
