I created a FTP user for each site using ISP Config dashboard. The first user works great. All other users can login via a variety of FTP clients, but cannot transfer files as they get a access denied error. I restarted the server (complete power-off), then deleted the FTP user and recreated it. That user account then works. I then deleted and recreated another one - it doesn't work (same error). So I then restarted the box and recreated the account, but no go. I can't find anything in the logs. Any thoughts?
