Hi all I am trying to install OpenNMS on Debian and ran into issues with dependencies, and wonder if it is something I did wrong on the install. I tried to install the missing items but they came up not found.

When I installed debian, I did it on a Virtualbox on my laptop and used the CD drive. Since Debian is on 3 DVD, it asked for disk two, but the drive was locked by VB, so i skipped ahead. Could this be the reason? Would I be better off installing off the ISO on the laptop instead, if it is even possible?

Comment out the cd / dvd lines in /etc/apt/sources.list so that debian switches to the network based package repositorys and downloads the files from there.
