debian7 wheezy and php7

    I don't find any tutorial to add PHP7 version to a wheezy server I can find only for Debian 8, I wonder if it's the same procedure.
    anyone have already done that?

    apt-get install libfcgi-dev libfcgi0ldbl libjpeg62-turbo-dbg libmcrypt-dev libssl-dev libc-client2007e libc-client2007e-dev libxml2-dev libbz2-dev libcurl4-openssl-dev libjpeg-dev libpng12-dev libfreetype6-dev libkrb5-dev libpq-dev libxml2-dev libxslt1-dev

    i get an error here "unable to locate package libjpeg62-turbo-dbg" ... that's only available for Jessy I have seen

    that's to much for me I am not a linux system eng -
    Is there someone available to fix it for us as a paid service?
    this a MASTER VM to be cloned, not in production.
    I also need to check is lets encrypt is working fine
