Hi, it is possible to set up a default backup interval for backups? I can't find any related setup in server config and any information about it at this forum. For example, I want to set up the all-new created websites that will have set weekly backup with 10 backup retentions. Sometimes technicians forget to set the right values for the website. I know it is possible with MySQL trigger but I looking for some elegant solution. Thanks.
No, there is no way provided for that. You could do that in the database as you mention, or you could write an interface plugin which accomplishes the same thing.
On the master server, set the default value for the backup interval column to daily. I did it like that and it works like a charm.
