When I create a new domain-3.com a DNS Record entry at my provider Hetzner mail IN A 1.2.3.4 and create a new customer in ISPConfig to assign the domain domain-3.com to him, all A records (ftp, mail, smtp, pop) will point to the domain www domain-1 com (opened in the browser) Only if I enter www domain-3 com the customer's 3 website appears. Create a website with the domain name '000default.tld' to catch requests for non-existing sites so that they don't go to the first customer.
