Is there any safe way to change the default TTL for all DNS records created through DNS Manager?

You can do this directly in the database with e.g. phpmyadmin. The database table is dns_isp_dns. When you set the field status = 'u' for all changed records, ISPConfig will update the config files for all DNS records after you change one record in the interface and save it.

You can change the TTL individually for each zone in the DNS Manager. It's on the Options tab of each zone.
