Due to a mistake I defined a website in ISPConfig, then I deleted it and then I redefined the website again.
ISPConfig replies: www.website.tld already exist, but it isn't in the section Sites on the left pane.
How can I add the website again?

The website is in the recycle bin. Click on the recycle bin and empty it. Then you will be able to create a new site with the same name.

I had this same problem. For some reason, the website I created shows with the list of domain names, i.e. under DNS manager instead of ISP manager.
Anyway, when I delete it and it goes to recycle bin (of DNS Manager), and when I empty the recycle bin it just stays there.
Now when I click restore i get the error: error_max_user_web, and still it goes back to the list.
I'm using version 2.2.3 on Debian Stable 3.1 setup by following up the HowToForge guide.
