You are listed on WHOIS2 list, but you will not be able to change that, because the problem is that whois.nic.be does not list the owner and you will not be able to change that unfortunately!
Anything, if I understand correctly, if I use an extension other than the .be I would not be listing?
That's how I understand their message. But there are other TLDs not showing the owner (like EU if you are person and not a company).
