Different permission for two ftp user assigned to a single site

Suppose I have two ftp users ftpusr1 and ftpusr2 for a single site example.com. There are two folders i.e folder1 and folder2 inside the webroot (inside web/). Is it possible to assign read-only permission for ftpusr1 to folder2 and write permission to folder1; assign read only permission for ftpusr2 to folder1 and write permission to folder2.
