Directives fo SuPHP

I have Ispconfig3
I would like to control directives for each domain I'm hosting.
(egg: memory limits,upload size....)
Problem is that I'm using SuPHP ,SuEXEC on my sites that results of ignoring directives in ispconfig3 user interface.

So i need to get step by step instructions on how to enable,configure and manage directives while SuPHP is enabled.

I found some links and instructions but I would rather have simple step by step how to if possible to prevent errors in this change.
