I need memory and other directives to be managed per site:
I use SuPHP and suexec in site configuration

What exactly do i need do?

I did before changed this settings site wide in /etc/
But that is now what i need.(eventually it messed up things)I need per site configuration but suPHP+suEXEC seems to ignore site directives in ISPconfig3.

    Thank you for help.

Should this be submitted as fix for next revise of ispconfig?

Why do you want to submit a fix if there is no bug?

Please read the php and apache manual, the per site directives are a function of mod_php and not suphp.

    suphp manual:

    http://www.suphp.org/DocumentationView.html?file=apache/CONFIG

    Not refering to a bug

I was no referring to a bug but a user interface on the directives that will allow user to do that from there. When SuPHP is checked directives should be configurable from directives tab
