disable 2FA in database or get 2FA code from database

Hi all!

Is there a way to catch the 2FA code if the ISPConfig cannot send the email?
"Failed sending an email to address"

Disabling 2FA would also be an option, can you advice an easy and safe way to get in the ISPConfig?

 

Is this a safe way can someone confirm it?

Thats the correct way to disable OTP for the user.
