I want to stop ms2 server being mirror of ms1 and syncing , can i just switch off "Is mirror of" in the system settings. Or any other services I need to stop? Thank you
Depends on what you are syncing between the two servers. If it's just ISPC settings/users/etc then switching mirror off should be sufficient. If for example also data is synced between the two then you must likely stop other things related to that too.
You can disable the sync, but you will not be able to manage the second server then anymore from the master panel as all config on the second server exists in the panel only for the first server. So disabling sync decouples the system and everything on the second server becomes invisible from master.
to disable e-mail syncing in the Dsync config is it ok to remove the settings we entered in the 99-ispconfig-custom-config.conf on ms1 and ms2 file when installed multiservers
