We're running Debian Lenny and a few days ago started trying to create a Raid5 array with 6 1TB SATA hard drives. Since then, we've tried both hardware and software versions and both times a disk fails. We've even tried disconnecting one of the HDs and trying again, but no matter what we do, something fails when we reboot. Please help.
