DNS and mail problems

    Hi,
    i have big problems with my mail server , the situation goes like this:
    On ip 10.10.1.1 i have my mail server. One of my clients have on his machine mail server ip 10.3.1.6. But he cant send mails?
    Comunication goes like :
    His mail connect to my and process dns lookup but he cant see / resolve
    his domain / ip so send mail is rejected.
    Any suggestions?

    Any error messages from the mail logs?
