    Hello everyone.

I made an installation of two servers in cluster following the perfect server debian Manual 6 ...

The problem I have is that I do not get my dns working properly.

My domains are hosted on godaddy ye created the two dns servers and ns2.dominio.com ns1.dominio.com.
I put in my domain as the DNS servers and I can not solve.

I can have some configuration error in them ??

    I await your response.

    thank you very much

if you use a subdomain of a zone as its dns servers, then you have to add these subdmains as a-records to the zone. Check that you have added 2 a-records, one for ns1 and one for ns2 in the zone.

The A-reords for the NS records that I mentioned above seem to be missing.

the A-records indicating what format I should have.

    ns1 ip

    or conversely

    ns1.midominio.com ip

It is fine to use the short form ns1 and ns2.

I have created the short form.
Just do not use ns1 and ns2, use other names. lynx and armadillo.

But in my point of view this should not pose any problem. Not if I'm right.

Thats ok, as long as it matches the subdomains used for the NS records.
