    Hi,

I am running 3.0.4.6 on Debian and need to recreate a TXT DNS record with the hostname set to @.

However when I try to do this I get the error 'The hostname has the wrong format.'

Am I doing something wrong or is the validation incorrect.

What you refer to as @ is the zone itself, if a record is for the zone itself, then the hostname field has to be either empty or you insert the zone name like "domain.tld." with trailing dot.
