    Hi guys,
Got ISPConfig setup on Ubuntu. I've created all my domains in the admin section (no reseller or customer needed) I've just migrated all my data over to it and wondering if the DNS for each virtual domain is created automatically when a domain is created? Or do I have to run the wizard to create the basic entries?

Also what's the best way to change the local IP of the server under Ubuntu? I've setup in a test environment and need to change the IP of the server. I've seen many different posts but not sure if things have changed for 3.2?

    Thanks,

You need to create the DNS zone and records separately.

Other than what @Th0m confimed, there is a wizard module that may do its DNS when a domain is created but I do not have the link in hand, so do search he forum for it, if you need it.

For the IP, so far I remember it is in two places, one in hosts file and the other is in networking file (new one uses netplan). Other than that, if you do multiple server setup, then, you should also look into the database connection via IP as well.
