Hi guys, I need help. I have ISPconfig DNS mirror setup. When I update DNS records from UI, they are populated well to the mirror server. But when I update records by editing zone file on CLI, the new dns records don't show on DNS interface on the Master server and is not synced to the mirror server. How do I make ISPconfig see new changes made by editing zone file and sync them to the mirror server (DR) You help will be highly appreciated.
All changes have to be made through the ISPConfig GUI or API or in the ISPConfig database and then use the resync tool to write them to disk. Changes that are made in the config filöes manually will get overwritten and not loaded into ISPConfig, so never edit the zone files manually.
