I have downloaded the GParted ISO file which must be burned to a CD or DVD but all instructions to do this do not mention if it needs to be opened first. Please advise - thanks.
Just burn it to a CD. Make sure that you burn it as an ISO image, do not simply burn the file to the CD - that will be of no use. You need to tell your burning software that this is an ISO image and needs to be treated accordingly.
Yes I'll try again as I may have made that mistake. Perhaps the proof is that I can open the CD which shows 5 folders and 2 files. Thanks for reminding me.
