Having successfully installed ISPConfig, I would now like to change the document root for the ISP Server. I have found the parameter in the server settings section, on the "web" tab" where this is defined. Is changing that parameter as simple as entering the desired value in this screen? Do I need to move the directories that exist in "/srv/www" (i.e., cgi-bin, ht-dig, etc) to the new document root?
If you did not create a website yet, it will be sufficient to change the path in the server settings in ISPConfig. If you created some websites, you will have to move the directories from the old to the new document root.
