I know that ISPConfig 3 fully supports server configuration replication, but does it also replicate the data of a web root from one server to another. I remember when it was first released, there was something somewhere that said it was a "work in progress" or that it would be added at a later date, i'm just curious if that date has come. I prefer to use ISPConfig, but don't want the hassle of setting up a separate piece of software just to sync the data too...
Data replication is always done by a separate software as we will not write our own Linux file system and we will not reinvent the wheel to write another MySQL database replication software for the website databases at the ISPConfig project, there are already plenty of good file systems and MySQL mirror solutions out there which we use for ISPConfig mirror setups.
