The very helpful how-to articles on installing fcgid on Debian (and maybe others) includes enabling mod_include. Is this necessary? As a potentially risky module, I'd prefer to exclude it if it is not being usefully employed. Disabling it does not seem to have stopped the server from working. But maybe it has had some ill effect that has not yet become apparent?
