    Hi...

This is a stupid mess I got into.

The server is called name.server.tld and it has a site setup in ISPC with all the mail.client1.tld mail.client2.tld etc as Aliases.

Now one of the clients is no longer hosted with me, and I forgot to remove the Alias. Now the certificate spits out an error when I try and connect.

    I know, dumb of me.

How can I get around this problem?

    Thanks in advance

That's why ISPConfig does not use such a client subdomain for main SSL cert setup as default :)

Remove the alias from that site. It should recreate the Let#s encrypt certificate. If no new Let#s encrypt cert is created for the website automatically after about 1 minute, then untick the Let's encrypt checkbox of the site, press save, tick the checkbox again, and press save.
