Do i really need a registered domain before i create my own mailserver or maybe free hostname can do.if it's possible using maybe a no-ip.com or dyndns.please forward me to the right direction.I'm getting lost with relayin the message back to the server.

    postfix/smtp[17122]: A3C37500462: to=<[email protected]>, relay=none, delay=0.09, delays=0.01/0.01/0.07/0, dsn=5.4.6, status=bounced (mail for thabang.selfip.biz loops back to myself)

I was trying using the dyndns and it's giving me this error

Can it be possible that i relay using my ISP or they block something on their site?

    Yes, that's possible.

Please add thabang.selfip.biz to the mydestination line in /etc/postfix/main.cf and restart Postfix.
