Domain letsencrypt works but not on subdomain

dear community,

i have now created 2 web hosts:

1. domain.com
2. shop.domain.com

for domain.com letsencrypt working fine, but if i now enable lets encrypt for shop.domain.com, letsencrypt dont works.

can anybody help me what i do wrong? i need 2 own webhosts for that.

thank you. i has disabled "auto www subdomain" because not needed. now all working fine, thank you!
