One of my clients has domain name (i.e. ness.com) at WIX. I created ZONE using wizard. WIX customer service told my client to provide A (host) and CNAME record. I gave my client A (host) which she added to her domain inside of WIX control panel and I created CNAME with following hostname: www130.wixdns.net. target hostname: ness.net. Domain works fine however, if I type (www.ness.net) it does not work. without www (ness.net) it works fine - does anyone know if I need to add anything else in DNS to have domain work with WWW or is this something that must be done at WIX? See screenshot for details. Thanks in advance! P.S. (ness.net) is just example for privacy reasons, not domain in questions.
Solved. My WIX client had to add 2nd A record with WWW ness.net 123.456.789.1 www.ness.net 123.456.789.1
