Hello, I install the ispconfig and postfix, and the email don`t sent. According to the log, the email service seems to be working fine. The email could not be delivered because you either use a non-existing hostname used for your server or because port 25 from your server to the internet is blocked. Take care that you use a valid server hostname that exists in DNS and points to your server with a DNS a-record and ensure port 25 outgoing is not blocked by your ISP / server provider.
The test you used can not show that port 25 outgoing is open. You tested instead if port 25 incoming is open, but you must test if port 25 outgoing is open, so you must test the opposite direction. If port 25 outgoing is open van be tested e.g. with the telnet command, executed on your server by trying to connect to an external mail server like gmail.
My signature has link to Tutorial on e-mail setup with ISPConfig. The reverse dns name of your host looks not the same as hostname. This is somewhat bad for an e-mail server.
alright, i have some confuse. First of all I have to check 25 port. After that what I should to do? I just want that email server start working. ( not like email box in ispconfig admin). For example , to rese the password in admin wordpress( the email with change link does not come)
