I'm getting almost duplicate amavis entries in /var/log/mail.log for every mail:

    Dec 12 00:42:51 zonum postfix/smtpd[25814]: NOQUEUE: filter: RCPT from nm33-vm6.bullet.mail.ne1.yahoo.com[98.138.229.70]: <[email protected]>: Sender address triggers FILTER amavis:[127.0.0.1]:10026; from=<[email protected]> to=<[email protected]> proto=ESMTP helo=<nm33-vm6.bullet.mail.ne1.yahoo.com>
    Dec 12 00:42:51 zonum postfix/smtpd[25814]: NOQUEUE: filter: RCPT from nm33-vm6.bullet.mail.ne1.yahoo.com[98.138.229.70]: <[email protected]>: Sender address triggers FILTER amavis:[127.0.0.1]:10024; from=<[email protected]> to=<[email protected]> proto=ESMTP helo=<nm33-vm6.bullet.mail.ne1.yahoo.com>

One against 10024, one against 10026. Is this behaviour normal?

Yes, that's normal. Spam filtering plus DKIM signing.
