Looking in ISPConfig 3 under server config, I see: [server] auto_network_configuration= ip_address=192.168.1.104 netmask=255.255.255.0 gateway=192.168.0.1 hostname=server.mydomainnamehere.net nameservers=192.168.0.1,192.168.0.2 The nameservers I see here are not the ones I entered at install of centoOS 5.3 I will soon be moving this server to its real location on a T1, so I need to know if this is where I will plug in the new public static IP, and DNS servers provided by the T1 provider? Thanks
These settings are not relevant for centos as network card management is only implemented for debian.
Ok, thanks. Is there somewhere in CentoOS that I can edit the IP and DNS? The only place I have ever seen it, is during the CentOS install.
The nameservers are in /etc/resolv.conf Network configuration: http://my.opera.com/kienthuccuocsong/blog/2008/12/12/co
