multiserver environment debian 12 ispconfig 3.2.11 mail server had issue before upgrade from debian 11 and up to ispconfig 3.2.11 I have a customer trying to email [email protected] we have a message in var/log/mail.log according to mxtoolbox using testmail server the domain is up, but my mail server cannot send to them. is it a case of asking them to whitelist my server name, the senders email address or is there a configuration i need to change on my system. I also notice other logs of domains in the *.hostedmail.com system.
