email account problem

    I'm trying to create a mailbox/account that I had previosuly deleted. I get the error "That account already exists". Anybody know how to fix this.

    My recycle bin is empty, I emptied it before I tried to recreate the account.

    Please check all recycle bins again. Every reseller has its own plus the recycle bin of the admin.
