Dear Community, I have been ISPConfig user from last 10 years with 100+ domains and 3 servers. Last 2/3 years we are loosing many customers because of spam issue, outgoing emails rate control etc. Now a days because of secure configuration of email setup like TLS, LE etc. I request admins to take a note of it and create a addon module in ISPConfig where we can set the outgoing email rate control inbuilt. That will be help a lot as servers will not be marked as SPAM.
I believe there is a feature request in the tracker for this. I'm the mean time there have been numerous posts with config samples you could setup locally if that is of use (with no use interface).
