Hello All, since a few days i have delivery problems on incoming mail. The Mailserver (perfect server setup) rejects Mails as Spam (reason: sending server is on zen.spamhaus.org) Evern if i turn off the Spamfilter in IspConfig, the mails are rejected. Never had this before in the last years... Any ideas? Thank you very much for help and best regards Daniel
Ok. Removed it. The normal Junk handling by amavis and spamd should be working normally after all? andi ist there a better (less restrictive, more reliable) blackhole blacklist than zen.spamhouse.org?
yes. All of them fail from time to time. But Amavis and Rspamd have them in their weighted values anyway, so you might want to try not to use an RBL on the Postfix level.
Could you recommend one of these lists? Or do you not use RBLs? Has there been any config change in IspConfig or has there been a change in zen.spamhpuse.org that i encountered these delivery problems starting some days ago? I never had this since starting my email server years ago...
These were changes at Spamhaus, ISPConfig does not enable it in recent versions as many people had issues with that.
Spamhaus now is blocking petitions from servers using free DNS, except if you open a free account in their Data Query Service (DQS) https://www.spamhaus.com/resource-c...pamhauss-free-block-lists-using-a-public-dns/ https://www.spamhaus.com/product/data-query-service/ they say to avoid the abuse. If you wish to use the free service, you should follow that process to register, get a key and write this into Postfix config "smtpd_recipient_restrictions". After doing the registration process there is a console inside Spamhaus Account to do some tests and to tune the service: https://blt.spamhaus.com/ There are also other RBL which works well and can be added to the postfix config. In example: bl.spamcop.net b.barracudacentral.org spam.dnsbl.anonmails.de spam.spamrats.com Another RBL free service which works very well is Abusix. Require registration although the process is easier: https://abusix.com/
Don't use RBLs in Postfix. Let rspamd handle this otherwise you miss the chance to train rspamd which is bad. It is very easy to set up new RBLs in rspamd and gives you much more control. https://rspamd.com/doc/modules/rbl.html
yes, you are right. My previous message was about using RBL in postfix, without rspamd . Hope it was not a confusion for the OP.
