I have tried for the past couple of days to find out the cause of an error I am getting when trying to create an email account on any domain. The following error occurred: Field: Username The user name has to contain a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 32 letters or figures and has to begin with a letter. The username is 8 characters long, all consisting of letters. After Username: there is Email_User_ [field] Just in case that might be of any help
Please chenge your user prefix setting from "Email_User_" to "email_user_". The user prefix must be always lowercase.
