Email forward not arriving to my gmail account

I have a forward [email protected] and it should forward to [email protected] but it doesn't arrive in my inbox (and not in spam box)

When I remove the forward I get:

Take a look in the mail.log of your server while you send a mail to your forward address.

 

same problem for me…
When I add a forward on an existing mailbox the forward doesn't work…

 

That is something different!
You cannot use forwarding and mailbox at the same time. For this there is a "send copy to" field in the mailbox. There you can enter a mail address that all mails that arrive to this mailbox are forwarded to.
