I have a Fedora 6 server that has sendmail installed on it. I found the "Perfect FC 6 Install" article and followed it for everything except the postfix and dovecot stuff.

Now, I want to have a way to have web based email over ports 80 and 443. What would you recommend?

Also, would it be hard to convert to postfix from sendmail and should I do it?

    Thanks.

Web based mail has nothing to do with sendmail or postfix. Both can work with webmail if configured correctly. Usage of Maildir comes to mind. Both sendmail and Postfix can deliver to Maildir. And Squirrelmail can work with both. Or Courier. Or ..... Plenty of choices.
